Banks Meet to Discuss Algerian Debt Refinancing
The group of banks trying to put together a debt restructuring package forAlgeria is due to meet again in Paris during the first week of September. Thegroup, which is led by Credit Lyonnais, is believed to include Chase InvestmentBank, Banque Nationale de Paris, Arab Banking Corporation, Industrial Bank ofJapan, and Mitsui Taiyo Kobe Bank.
