Changes to Kuwait's Debt Committee; Loan Signing Not Imminent
Mr. Ahmad 'Abd al-Qadir has been appointed to Kuwait's liability management committee, replacing Mr. 'Abd Allah al-Gabandi as its chairman. Mr. Gabandiremains a member of the committee, which is charged with investigating Kuwait'sborrowing options. The change was made about three weeks ago.
