Kuwait Says at Least 35% of Damaged Oil Wells Can Be Saved
Kuwaiti Oil Minister Hamoud al-Ruqbahsaid last week that, according to current estimates, 25% of the country'sdamaged or burning oil wells could be repaired with further drilling, whileanother 10% could be made operational without the need for further drilling.
