GCC/OAPEC and EC Plan more Talks to Improve Relations
Representatives from the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries(OAPEC) and the European Community (EC) are scheduled to meet on 5 December inBrussels in an attempt to revive bilateral contacts between the two groups.The OAPEC group will be led by the UAE Minister of Petroleum and MineralResources, Dr. Mana Saeed al-Otaiba, who is the current President of the OAPECCouncil of Ministers....
