No Surprises Expected in Price Movements in the Short Term, Says Armas
Dr. Celestino Armas, the Venezuelan Minister of Energy and Mines, said lastweek that so far as oil prices are concerned "no surprises are likely totake place" in the short term, and that they will remain within a band of$2 around the current OPEC reference price of $18/B.
