Text of OPEC Resolution on Production and Prices
The following is the full text of the resolution on oil production andprices adopted by the 86th meeting of the OPEC Conference held in Vienna on25-28 November 1989. The addendum regarding the UAE's non-acceptance of thequota allocated to it was inserted and signed by the UAE Minister of Petroleumand Mineral Resources, Dr. Mana Saeed al-Otaiba.
