Details of the Sonatrach-Shell Cooperation Agreement
MEES has received further details about the protocol signed on 12 Novemberbetween Algeria's state-owned Sonatrach and Royal Dutch/Shell (MEES, 20November). It is understood that the cooperation agreement involves fourproposed projects in the sale of LNG, the establishment of an SMDS plant,exploration, and the construction of a new LNG plant.
