OPEC Sees Fall in CPE Net Exports in 1989 and 1990
Net oil exports by countries classified as Centrally Planned Economies (CPEs)fell by 250,000 b/d in 1989 and are expected to decline by a further 30,000 b/din 1990, according to a recent report compiled by the OPEC Secretariat.
