Repsol-Led Consortium Signs Production-Sharing Agreement with Syria
A consortium led bySpain's Repsol (60%) and comprising Spain's Cepsa (25%) and Portugal's Petrogal(15%) has signed a production-sharing agreement in an area in Central Syrialocated on a perimeter previously held by the Syrian Petroleum Company (SPC).The agreement follows a similar production sharing contract signed with theYugoslav firm INA-Naftaplin covering an area of 4,000 sq. kms....
