Rumania Agrees to Import 112,000 B/D of Iranian Oil

Iran and Rumania have signed 10-year economic cooperation agreements underwhich Rumania will import Iranian oil and gas. According to the Deputy Head ofIran's Plan and Budget Organization, Mr. Masoud Nili, the agreements - whichwere signed on 17 December just prior to a visit to Tehran by Rumanian PresidentNicolae Ceausescu - provide for Rumania to import 5.6mn tons/year (112,000 b/d)of Iranian...
