OECD Sees Call on OPEC Rising to 24mn b/d in 1991
The aggregate current account deficit of OPEC countries dropped from $15bn in1988 to around $2bn in 1989, according to estimates published by theOrganization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in the December1989 issue of its Economic Outlook.
