Saudi Fifth Plan to Focus on Non-Oil Growth
Together with the 1990 Saudi budget, which was announced on 31 December 1989(MEES, 8 January), the Saudi Government has released details of its fifthdevelopment plan (1410-1415 H corresponding to 1990-1995), which envisages aggregate public spending of SR753bn.
