Turkey Agrees to Lend $800mn to Iraq
Turkey and Iraq last week signed a protocol whereby Turkey will provideexport credits worth $400mn to Iraq to finance imports of goods. Another $400mnprotocol was signed to cover Turkish contractors' work on development projectsin Iraq. Details of terms and conditions were not released.
