Iran's Draft Budget Envisages Oil Production of 3.57mn B/D
President Ali Akbar Rafsanjani last week presented a draft budget to theIranian Majlis (parliament) which envisages an increase in oil production duringthe 1990/91 fiscal year to 3.57mn b/d. Oil and gas revenues are slated to increase by 11% to IR1,089.6bn ($15.6bn at official rates), of which exports ofnatural gas will earn IR20bn ($286mn) and exports of refined products will earnIR30.4bn ($434mn)....
