Main Terms of Repsol Group's Concession Agreement
The terms of the oil and gas production-sharing concession agreementconcluded last November by Syria with a consortium led by Spain's Repsol(MEES, 18 December 1989) have become available to MEES. These are summarizedbelow:
- Companies: Spain's Repsol Exploracion (60%) and Cia Espanola de PetroleosS.A. (Cepsa, 25%), and Portugal's Petroleos de Portugal (Petrogal, 15%).
