NOC Signs Production Sharing Agreement with Petrofina
Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) signed a production sharing agreementwith Belgium's Petrofina on 25 February in Tripoli. The deal forms part of thethird round of exploration and production sharing agreements (EPSA III)launched in 1988.
