Kuwait To See Budget Surplus Despite September Crude Price Dip, NBK Says
After remaining stable throughout much of August within the $68-72/B range, Kuwait Export Crude (KEC) prices slipped to a low of $62.8/B on 28 September, a figure almost $10/B down from its mid-August high. Nevertheless, oil prices are expected to remain within their recent range through to 1Q10, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) said in its latest economic brief....
