GCC Refining Capacity Will Continue To Increase In The Medium Term, Says Moodys
Over the past decade refining capacity in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states has increased by 24%, from 2.9mn b/d in 2000 to 3.7mn b/d in 2008, according to the October Arabian Gulf Oil & Gas Industry report by Moodys Investors Service.
