Herbish Appointed Saudi Governor for OPEC
Mr. Suleiman Jasir al-Herbish,Assistant Deputy Minister at the Saudi Ministry of Petroleum and MineralResources, has been appointed Saudi representative on the OPEC Board ofGovernors, according to a royal decree issued in Riyadh last week. Mr. al-Herbishreplaces Mr. 'Abd al-Aziz al-Turki who has been seconded to OAPEC in the postof Secretary General.
