Libya Ratifies Production Sharing Agreement with Petrofina
Libya's General People's Committee (cabinet) approved on 23 April the three production sharing agreements signed with Belgium's Petrofina last February. The deal forms part of the third round of exploration and production sharing agreements (EPSA III) launched in 1988.
