Oman Decides Not to Increase Oil Production
As a gesture of support for OPEC, Oman has decided to maintain its oilproduction at the current level of 650,000 b/d and not to increase it to 700,000b/d as was planned earlier this year, a senior Omani oil official told the OmanNews Agency (ONA) on 16 July. "Oman has frozen plans to raise itsproduction and will maintain output at the current level of 650,000 b/d,"he said.
