More Details Emerge on French-Iraqi Rescheduling
The rescheduling agreement signed between Iraq and France in mid-Julyinvolves a payment of $273mn, installments on which will start immediately,while the balance will be repaid over a six-year period beginning in 1993,according to the French financial daily Les Echos.
