Egypt Raises Oil Prices by $2.00/B
Egypt has raised the prices of its various grades of crude oil by $2.00 abarrel with effect from 8 August - the third price hike since the start of theIraq/Kuwait crisis, and the fourth since mid-July. Egypt usually sets its oilprices on a half-monthly basis, but the recent price increases have come inquick succession on account of the volatility of the current situation.
