Iraqi Oil Exports Halted by UN Sanctions
Iraqi oil exports have virtually halted since the invasion of Kuwait on 2August and the resultant UN sanctions on 6 August which have blocked its threeexport outlets on the Red Sea, the Mediterranean and the Gulf.
