Iran Gas Strike in Caspian Sea Suggests Large Reserve
Iranian Oil Minister Gholamreza Aghazadeh disclosed on 22 August that a welldrilled in the Caspian Sea had struck gas at a depth of 4,219 meters and addedthat the discovery confirms prospects that there are substantial oil and gasreserves in the area.
