Dramatic Reduction in Latest IEA Demand Forecast
In the latest issue of its Oil Market Report (dated September 1990 andincorporating end-August forecasts), the IEA has carried out a dramatic downwardrevision of its oil demand projections for the fourth quarter of this year andthe first two quarters of next year as a result of the oil price rise induced bythe Gulf crisis.
