Abadan Refinery Capacity to Be Expanded to 255,000 b/d by end-1990
Reconstruction of the Abadan refinery is progressing with Phase II wellunderway, according to the August 1990 issue of the OPEC Bulletin. Work isexpected to be completed by the end of 1990 at a cost of $60mn.
