Turkey Refuses Free Iraqi Oil Offer
Turkey refused last week an official offer from Iraq for the delivery of freecrude oil. The proposal was made by Mr. Tariq 'Abd al-Jabbar, the IraqiAmbassador, during a meeting at the Foreign Ministry on 18 September, accordingto a Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman.
