Soviet Oil Production Declines 600,000 b/d during January- August 1990
Soviet oil production during the first eight months of 1990 fell to 587mntons, compared to 607mn tons during the same period last year, a decline of 20mntons (600,000 b/d), according to Mr. Lev Voronin, Soviet First Deputy PrimeMinister.
