Iran Blames GCC States
Iranian Oil Minister Gholamreza Aghazadeh has warned that OPEC faces thespecter of a repeat of the 1986 price collapse and has blamed the GCC statesfor the present glut in the oil market, saying that "other OPEC membershave not had serious problems in this regard."
