Norway May Abandon Production Cuts If OPEC Fails to Get its ActTogether

The Norwegian Oil Minister Mr. Arne Oeien has warned that Norway may abandonproduction cuts in its oil output which were introduced to support OPEC, if thelatter fails to restore discipline at its November ordinary conference.
