Trucked Crude Oil to Be Cut by 90,000 b/d
Iraq will cut trucked crude oil exports by 90,000 b/d from 1 January in orderto ensure compliance with its new OPEC production quota of 2.64mn b/d, accordingto the Iraqi Oil Minister, Mr. 'Isam al-Chalabi, in a statement issued inBaghdad on 14 December. The cuts will entail 65,000 b/d of crude oil exportedthrough the Jordanian port of 'Aqaba and 25,000 b/d through Turkey.
