Russia-Ukraine Gas Relations Hold Potential For New Impasse
Anatoly Podmyshalsky, head of Gazproms department for relations with CIS countries, told Interfax on 12 September that the Russian state gas firm would increase the cost of its gas exports to Ukraine by 6% for 4Q09.
