Omar Field to Start Production in Early 1989
Production from al-Furat Petroleum Company's (FPC's) Omar field in the Dairal-Zur concession in northeast Syria is scheduled to start in early 1989 at arate of about 100,000 b/d of extra light 41 API, low-sulfur crude.
