Sonatrach Announces New Oil Find

Sonatrach has announced that it found light, sulfur-free oil with a goodproportion of gas near Nezarine in Khenchela province, some 400 kms. southeastof Algiers. The oil was found at a depth of more than 9,000 ft. Tests areunderway to delineate the size of the field.
