Kandil Signs Two Oil Exploration Agreements with Shell
On 17 January, Egyptian Oil Minister Abd El-Hady Kandil signed two oil andgas production-sharing agreements with Shell for acreage in the Obayied andMatruh areas in the western part of Egypt's Western Desert.
