Israel to Continue to Purchase 40,000 b/d of Egyptian Crude
According to reports from Cairo, Israel will purchase 2mn tons (40,000 b/d)of Egyptian crude oil in 1989, the same as in previous years, at Egypt'sofficial selling prices. Earlier reports from Israel indicated that the countryhad been interested in raising the quantity this year, but it appears that Egyptdid not agree.
