Libya Wins Back Frozen UK Assets
The Libyan Arab Foreign Bank (LAFB) has won a High Court judgement in the UKwhich unblocks some $77mn worth of its funds which had been frozen in the Londonsubsidiary of a US bank under the economic sanctions against Libya imposed bythe Reagan administration.
