KUWAITI OIL MINISTER ADVOCATES 1.5MN B/D RISE IN OPEC OUTPUT CEILING FORSECOND-HALF 1989
Kuwait considers that, in view of the current buoyant prospects for demand,OPEC's crude oil production ceiling - which presently stands at 18.5mn b/d forthe first half of 1989 - should be raised by at least 1.5mn b/d for the secondhalf of this year.
