Iraq to Resume Crude Oil Exports from Gulf, Says Chalabi
Mr. Isam al-Chalabi, the Iraqi Oil Minister, said last week that Iraq wouldresume exporting crude oil from the southern port of Fao as soon as possible butthat this volume would be at the expense of exports from other outlets so thathis country would continue to abide by its OPEC production quota.
