SAUDI ARABIA REVIVES PROPOSAL FOR $15/B MINIMUM PRICE AND ELIMINATION OF$18/B TARGET
MEES learns that Saudi Arabia has revived its proposal, first presented atlast November's OPEC conference in Vienna, calling for the adoption of a"minimum sale price" of $15/B while at the same time eliminating thepresent target price of $18/B.
