Norway Plans for 34% Increase in Oil Production for 1989

In an upward revision of its 1989 oil production projections, Norway is nowplanning on an output of 72.5mn tons or 1.47mn b/d this year, an increase ofaround 34% over the 1988 figure of 1.1mn b/d.
