Iraq's oil marketing organization SOMO has informed its Japanese crude oilcustomers that it plans to keep its price formula for contract deliveries ofBasrah Light crude ex-Yanbu' unchanged for the third quarter, unless anyexceptional developments occur in the price structure following the OPECconference - in which case the matter would be discussed between the parties....
