Egypt and Libya to Restore Diplomatic Ties Soon

A special envoy from Libyan leader Mu'ammar al-Qadhafi was quoted on 7 Juneas saying that he expected diplomatic ties with Egypt to be restored soonfollowing a break that has lasted 12 years.
