New Secretary General Appointed for GOIC
The Executive Council of the Doha-based Gulf Organization for IndustrialConsulting (GOIC) has appointed Dr. 'Abd al-Rahman al-Jaffari from Saudi Arabiaas the organization's new Secretary General.
