Franqul Appointed Governor of Central Bank of Iraq
The Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Subhi Nadhim Franqul,has been appointed Governor for a period of two years effective 1 July 1989,according to a decree issued by Iraq's Revolutionary Command Council.
