Libya Donates 300,000 Barrels of Crude to the Sudan
According to a statement on 25 August by the official Libyan News Agency(JANA), Libya has donated to the Sudan a shipment of crude oil amounting to300,000 barrels, which was delivered to the refinery at Port Sudan on the RedSea coast. The Libyan donation was made in response to the urgent call forArab aid made by the new regime in Khartoum which took over the government lastJune.
