Shaikh Muhammad Appointed Undersecretary at Ministry of Petroleum andFinance

According to an Amiri decree issued in Doha on 31 August, ShaikhMuhammad bin Khalifah Al Thani was appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry ofFinance and Petroleum.
