Libyan Crude Oil Production Capacity
The question of Libyan crude oil production capacity emerged as an importantissue during the OPEC meeting in Geneva, as the Libyans have been demandingquota parity with Kuwait since last June (MEES, 12 June) and are now insistingon receiving the same adjustment increase as any the Kuwaitis may be awardedunder a new quota agreement.
