KCTS Feasibility Studies To Be Completed By End-2009
Malik Salimgereyev, Director of Industrial Development at Kazakhstans Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, told Trend News Agency on 24 August that feasibility studies on the proposed Kazakhstan-Caspian Transport System (KCTS), that could eventually feed more than 1mn b/d of Kazakh oil to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, will be finalized within the second half of 2009....
